Guests retain ownership of their own independently created intellectual property; however, recorded podcast episodes, edited audio, promotional clips, transcripts, graphics, and related media produced by Bird + Duck Media are owned by Bird + Duck Media LLC, subject to any separate Guest Release Agreement.
