Permitted Use

You may:

Podcast Content

Podcast episodes remain the intellectual property of Bird + Duck Media LLC unless otherwise stated.

Guests retain ownership of their own independently created intellectual property; however, recorded podcast episodes, edited audio, promotional clips, transcripts, graphics, and related media produced by Bird + Duck Media are owned by Bird + Duck Media LLC, subject to any separate Guest Release Agreement.

Permission Requests

If you would like permission to:

• Republish an article

• Share a podcast clip

• Reproduce educational materials

• Use Bird + Duck Media branding

• License content

• Request media assets

please submit a request including:

• Your name

• Organization (if applicable)

• The content you wish to use

• How it will be used

Bird + Duck Media respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects others to respect ours.
